Hi, I'm Kristen. I'm the founder of The Effortless Experience, a veterinary nurse, and someone who genuinely loves making life easier for the people around me.
I started The Effortless Experience because I believe bringing an idea to life should be exciting—not another source of stress competing for your time, energy, and attention.
I've seen firsthand how quickly it can all become overwhelming. Between decisions, timelines, budgets, vendors, and trying to please everyone, it's easy to lose sight of what you're actually celebrating. That's where I come in.
Whether you need me to take the lead or simply guide you along the way, I'm here to make the process seamless, personal, and a lot more enjoyable.
My Philosophy
Everyone has a unique story, and your day should be true to yours.
I don't believe in cookie-cutter weddings or a one-size-fits-all approach. I take the time to understand your personalities, priorities, traditions, and vision so we can put together something that truly reflects who you are.
Beautiful design matters, but so does how the day makes you feel.
I'm not only here to support you, I'm here to be your advocate, your problem-solver, and your calm behind the scenes. I'll help you navigate the decisions, ask the hard questions, and ensure you are never alone in the process.
A Little More About Me
Outside of The Effortless Experience, I work as a veterinary nurse—a career that has taught me to stay calm under pressure, think quickly, and genuinely care for the people and animals in front of me.
Those same qualities naturally find their way into my work as a planner. I’m organized, adaptable, and always thinking a few steps ahead, but I also love the personal side of what I do—getting to know my clients, understanding what matters to them, and finding the little details that make their special day feel special.
Outside of work, I love good food, spending time with the people I love, and making room to appreciate the little things in life.
That's a big part of why I love this work: I get to stand beside people as they create the kind of moments they’ll want to remember forever.

Why I Started The Effortless Experience
The Effortless Experience grew from a realization I had while planning for some of the most important moments in my own life and assisting friends with theirs.
I love taking a lot of moving pieces, figuring out how they fit together, and building a clear path forward.
Establishing structure, designing beautiful spaces, anticipating challenges before they arise, and watching it all come together—it came naturally to me.
But I realized my favorite part wasn't simply making it all happen behind closed doors.
It was taking someone else's dream, caring about it as deeply as they did, and carrying it until it became real.
That is the heart of The Effortless Experience.
I want my clients to have a sense of confidence that what matters to them is in good hands—that someone is thinking ahead, protecting their priorities, and staying ahead of the unexpected.
